Please note: these prices may exclude fees and can vary depending on when you stay and how long for. Prices are also subject to change at the advertiser’s discretion.

When you book, a deposit of £150 within 5 days will secure you’re booking. The final payment should be paid at least one month before your arrival. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or by Bank transfer (Please note that bank transfers may incur extra charges that will have to be covered by
the customer).

A well behaved dog is allowed, but sorry no cats. No smoking in the property. Secure booking within Five days. Outstanding balance due, one month prior to arrival. Pets have a £50 surcharge. Each Cancellation policy: A full refund will be available only if we manage to re-let the accommodation. Accommodation will be available from 3pm on day of arrival and guests to vacate by 10am on day of departure. A charge will be made for any damage caused to the property. Any breakages should be replaced or paid for.
